By signing our confidential agreement, you are agreeing to provide us with your information, and you are giving us consent to use it for the purposes of assisting you with your application process. An individual’s consent is required regarding the collection and proposed use of personal information when information is collected. At no time will an individual’s personal information be shared, expressed, implied, sold to an outside source for any purpose. This confidential agreement also stipulates the applicant is not permitted to share or distribute in any means, Police Coach material, without the written consent of the Police Coach.
This privacy notice applies also to all information provided through our services as well as any related services, marketing, or events.

The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and our social media platforms, the choices you make, and the products and the features you use.

To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. The Police Coach does not maintain any personal information from the applicant once the applicants process is complete. All personal documents are deleted with the exception of name, contact information, goal obtained, your testimony.
Fulfill and manage the services you acquired from us. Fulfill services made through our Police Coach Process.
To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We will respond to your inquiries and make efforts to solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our Services.
To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may make a request to be a partner in our third-party marketing efforts. We appreciate being part of your successful journey and may ask if we may publish your success on our social media platforms. This will be used for our marketing purposes if it is in accordance with your marketing preferences. For example, publish your testimony on your satisfaction with Police Coach’s services. This is not a requirement to receive Police Coach services. At no time will your confidential information be made public. You can opt-out of our marketing venue at any time.
For other business purposes. We may utilize your application process for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our service, promotional campaigns, and evaluating and improve our website, products, marketing, and your experience. We will not use identifiable personal information without your consent.

Our Services are available only for those who meet the Ontario Police Service Application Requirements. Our Services are not targeted to, intended to be consumed by, or designed to entice individuals who do not meet these standards. If you know of or have reason to believe anyone who has provided us with any personal information, who doesn’t meet such requirements, please contact us.
What additional qualifications are required to receive services from the Police Coach?
We will provide coaching to individuals who have a University Degree or College Diploma or are in the final stages of the same. Police Coach is designed to enhance an individuals existing education and preparedness for a career in law enforcement.
Do we make updates to this notice?
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our home page, at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the changes.
Who does Police Coach represent or promote?
Police Coach provides a coaching service to persons who have made the life choice to take steps towards becoming a member of a law enforcement service. Police Coach does not represent or promote a product, organization, service, or academy. Police Coach is not responsible for the results of any application that an individual makes to any Ontario law enforcement service. The direct Ontario law enforcement application process is the responsibility of the individual, not the Police Coach.
What means is Police Coach services delivered?
Police Coach offers its coaching service via a remote platform. Varied sources of digital communication are used to communicate. Varied sources of social platforms are utilized to market, promote, and share Police Coach material.
