Therefore, the applicant must be prepared and we here at Police Coach are here to assist in this process.

Ms. W. DeCoste
Coach
A former police officer of twenty-five years. Twenty of those years she has been a credited Coach Officer. DeCoste has always been passionate about sharing her love for her job and serving her community.
DeCoste brings to you experience on three level of police (town, municipal and provincial). She has experience within the varied ranks/roles as": Front-line Uniform Officer, Plain Clothes Officer, Detective, Coach Officer, Training Officer, Recruiting Officer and Sergeant.
DeCoste has copious experience in the areas of Traffic Collision Investigations (level III), Criminal Investigations, Human Resources-Recruitment Section/Background Investigations, and Intelligence Unit.
As an educator, she has five years experience as Police Academy Instructor (Investigative section and use of force training). She also has experience as a Police Foundation Instructor in private sector for five years to present date.
DeCoste is committed to life learning and striving for excellence. She believes in leading by example; having strong work ethics, values, and good character. She believes in giving back to community, particularly those living in marginalized circumstances and those who strive for their own success, whatever that may be.
Whether employed by a service, private college or conducting philanthropic work DeCoste has always been coaching or mentoring someone along her own life-journey. She takes great pride and joy to be part of helping someone else meet their own personal goals.
Hence, she continues to coach in this virtual desk platform, ‘Police Coach’.
