CANADA-WIDE POLICE APPLICANTS

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for Police Coach Applicant, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada,

  • 18 years of age or older,

  • Physically and mentally fit,

  • Have successfully completed two-year College Diploma.

  • Currently enrolled in two-year College Program.

  • Possess good moral character.

  • Have no criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted.

  • Possess a valid G-driver's license. (No serious demerit points against license.)

  • Have current certification in CPR and first aid.

  • Possess a valid Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police Certificate (O.A.C.P.) (OPP excluded)

  • Volunteerism documentation

  • Education obtain outside of Canada must show proof of equivalency.

  • Canadians can obtain police coaching from anywhere in Canada including isolated and remote locations.

Outside Ontario Police Applicants additional Requirements

  • Service Employment Record

  • Disciplinary Action Outcome

  • Police Related Education (list of courses)

  • Rank

  • Time served in service you’ve worked for

  • Meets medical and Psychological requirements

  • List of Police Experiences
